Nowadays there are hundreds of media offering nutritional information to us: programs in TV to teach us how to prepare gorgeous recipes and radio programs about general health. MEDITERRANEAN DIET. BRIEF OVERVIEW

Mediterranean diet es the one which is consumed in all Mediterranean sea sorrounding areas. Of course this concept includes each contuntries with their tipicial recipes, but, all of them have some similars characteristics:
  • High consume of vegetalbes and fruit (raw and cooked)
  • Consume of vegetable oil
  • High consume of legumes
  • Fresh fish: 2-3 times per week
  • Low-fat meal: 2-3 times per weed.
 
 

In brief; a lot of recipes come from vegetalbes and legumes and only a few come from meat and fish.
That is totally apossite to our current diet, so we are going to give you some adive, recipes and information in order to create your healthy lifestyle.
